It had been six months since my last evening course, and as usual, I started with Kudokijou. Thanks to a cancellation, there were only two customers, including myself, making it almost a private dining experience. I had a great conversation with the Suzuki couple, more than usual.The appetizers may look simple, but they are absolutely flawless. The comparison between the Nita and the tail meat of the Nagasu was delightful, especially the Nagasu, which was exceptional. The grilled Managatsuo was also excellent. I believe no extra comments are needed for the nigiri, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. It was a great meal!
