I had the pleasure of enjoying the exquisite brand eel "Bando Taro" at "Unagi Uomasa," located just a short walk from Yotsugi Station! As soon as I opened the lid, the noble aroma of sansho pepper filled the air, and the stunning visual of the grilled eel left me excited even before taking a bite. When I picked it up with my chopsticks, I was amazed by its thick texture; the outside was perfectly charred while the inside was fluffy and juicy, cooked to perfection. There was a delightful crunch from the bones that added to the experience. Since it's a popular spot, be sure to make a reservation for both your table and your eel in advance!
