I visited the renowned yakiniku restaurant "Sumibi Yakiniku Nakahara" in the less frequented area of Ichigaya.Since I wanted to fully enjoy the experience, I ordered the special course.The first dish, squid sashimi paired with makgeolli, was a promising start!Following that, I savored the yukhoe, salad, and grilled dishes, all while eagerly anticipating the next course.The cutting technique and cooking level were truly impressive.It was definitely worth the trip.I will be back again!
