This was my second visit.I felt like I could enjoy it more calmly than during my first time.Once again, I was reminded of the wonderful ingredients from Shizuoka.The aroma, texture, and umami were incredibly fresh.The taste of having it straight from the source was delightful.I tried Hanadai (flower sea bream) for the first time.It was rich and delicious, and paired perfectly with the sansho soy sauce and eschalot.I’ve come to love this place so much that I think it’s the best spot to enjoy the changing seasons.I’m looking forward to my next visit.It was a great meal.
