Torisho Ishii I visited the highly sought-after restaurant "Torisho Ishii" again, and this was my second time! ❤️ I truly believe this is probably the best yakitori in Western Japan. "Is yakitori really this delicious?" "Can the taste change so much depending on who grills it?" It’s so delicious that it feels revolutionary... And the ramen served at the end is absolutely shocking. I genuinely think it could become popular even as a standalone ramen shop; it’s that impressive. This is not just a typical yakitori restaurant's closing dish. This time, I tried a part called "Peta" for the first time. I was truly amazed... It’s a fatty cut, and the moment you bite into it, the juices burst out—so incredibly juicy! I was blown away by how delicious this cut is. The side dishes are also delicious, and even though I usually dislike ginkgo nuts, I could eat the ones here! ❤️ And the "Seseri" (neck meat) is exquisite. When you eat it with shichimi (seven spice), it’s just heavenly. Honestly... It’s so delicious that I can’t find the words to describe it (laughs). I completely understand why it’s hard to get a reservation. If I can, I want to visit this place as many times as possible!
