Kinryusan @ ShirokanetakanawaI recently visited Kinryusan.I’ve been to various yakiniku restaurants, but every time I arrive at this place, my excitement levels soar.Rather than being amazed by each piece of meat like I was on my first visit, now just knowing I’m going to Kinryusan makes me look forward to it. It’s become that kind of yakiniku restaurant for me.On this day, I started with tongue, followed by grilled liver, chukalbi, outside skirt, shinshin, and loin, enjoying a variety as usual. While well-marbled meat is certainly great, after visiting multiple times, I find that certain cuts, which allow me to appreciate the flavor of the meat rather than just the fat, leave a lasting impression.I still love wrapping the meat in rice with their sauce and garlic oil. After devouring the meat, I look forward to adjusting my appetite with their incredibly fresh and plump horumon.Sipping beer while nibbling on kimchi, grilling meat and horumon, and catching up with friends—these enjoyable moments at Kinryusan, which I only get to experience a few times a year, are truly special.I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been, but once again, it was a satisfying experience at Kinryusan. It was a great meal.
