Personally, I have to say that the cost-performance ratio is not great...There were many things that just didn’t suit my taste...The only things I really enjoyed were the seaweed, the hairy crab nigiri, and the sea urchin gunkan. However, even if sea urchin is expensive, I find the price a bit much...The tuna was just one piece, so I’m left wondering what I was actually paying for...Is high-end sushi in Sapporo more about enjoying the atmosphere? But this is just my personal opinion, and perhaps those who like it really enjoy it.
