I had always wanted to visit Hira Sanso, and I finally managed to make a reservation online during the sweetfish season. The weather was beautiful after the typhoon, and from the second floor, we had a fantastic view of the garden. We enjoyed a comparison tasting of sweetfish from the lake and the river. For the finale, we had sweetfish rice, and as a souvenir, we received some Tadezu candy, which was delicious and reminded me of sweetfish just by tasting it. It made me smile!
