I visited my favorite yakiniku restaurant, Stamina En, for the first time in a while. ✨ Since it was a Sunday, they opened at 3 PM, so I took a taxi from Akabane Station and arrived two hours early, making me third in line. The extreme heat and rain forecast helped reduce the wait, and I ended up waiting two hours, but I was able to enter without any rush! On a hot summer day, I enjoyed a Super Dry along with a selection of delicious vegetables, including a platter of bean sprouts, namul, kakuteki kimchi, simmered eggplant, and grilled green peppers, which were all fantastic. As for the meat, it goes without saying that the heart sashimi, which could easily be served as an appetizer at a fine dining restaurant, was delightful. I also had premium tongue, premium outside skirt, and lean cuts, which were heavenly when paired with delicious rice. To top it off, I enjoyed premium tripe, sweetbread, and mixed horumon with a refreshing lemon sour. ✨ If I have the time, I would love to treat myself to this place at least once every six months.
