I visited Sushi Ino, one of only three sushi restaurants in Matsuyama with a Tabelog rating of over 4. It's conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the bustling Okaido and Yasaka streets, making it a great spot for tourists!To think that this course is available for around JPY 9000 is truly astonishing; in Tokyo, it would easily cost around JPY 20000 for this level of taste and quality. The ingredients, featuring exceptionally fresh local Ehime seafood, are crafted by skilled artisans. The sea bream, horse mackerel, sweet shrimp, and eel were particularly delicious!With only 10 seats at the counter, reservations are essential, especially for lunch!The chef provides excellent explanations as he serves, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is outstanding! If it were in Tokyo, I would want to visit every month. I highly recommend experiencing this when you visit Matsuyama!
