I was invited to join a regular customer’s table and visited after nearly a year. As always, I was truly impressed by the quality of the meat served. Personally, I’m not very fond of raw textures or rare cooking, but the meat at Kinryusan is in a league of its own. Even when enjoyed rare, there’s no unpleasant odor or heaviness—only a pure sweetness and umami that spreads delightfully, making it one of the few special places where I can genuinely enjoy my meal with complete peace of mind. Moreover, the staff's prompt and efficient service is truly remarkable. From serving the meat to clearing the plates, their handling was exceptionally smooth, and the entire course was completed in about an hour and a half, making for a very speedy experience. I was able to savor high-quality meat in a well-paced manner, and by the end, I was completely satisfied and full. Thank you for providing such a premium experience with top-notch meat and a pleasant atmosphere. It was a great meal!
