As one of the most difficult reservations to secure in Karuizawa, visiting this restaurant is an experience in itself. The chef, who honed his skills at a restaurant in Denmark, has a wonderful sensibility. It was a unique course enjoyed in a special place with special company. The wine pairings were also exceptional.In this beautiful space, each dish tells a story, stimulating not only the palate but also the senses, leaving a strong impression of the unique "aftertaste" that can only be experienced here.
