It was absolutely delicious! The meat was incredibly tender. ☺️ The seasoning was just right, allowing me to fully enjoy the flavors of the ingredients. There were so many types of tonkatsu to choose from that I had a hard time deciding, but I went with Select C. I had the shrimp tempura, fillet, and loin, and finished off with champagne sorbet. The portion was just perfect, and I was very satisfied. Next time, I plan to come back for the premium tonkatsu!
