I visited Sushi Hashimoto for lunch, a place I had been curious about for a while. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, allowing me to enjoy my meal without feeling too formal. The flow from appetizers to sushi was smooth, and the meticulous preparation that highlighted the quality of the ingredients left a strong impression. At first, I found the vinegar in the rice to be a bit stronger than my preference, but as I continued, it blended well, and the balance with the toppings became to my liking. The sushi after that was truly delicious.Interestingly, I sometimes find myself thinking about that slightly vinegary rice again.I also enjoyed the simmered clams I ordered as an extra. I've recently developed a fondness for simmered clams. While the restaurant doesn’t focus on flashy presentations or surprises, I believe it genuinely offers delicious sushi. Considering the price, my satisfaction level was high, and I can confidently recommend it to others.Though I may not return immediately, I definitely want to visit again. I can recommend it as one of the options for those considering sushi in the Shintomicho area.
