Recently, I was talking about tempura, and someone mentioned that there was a cancellation at this restaurant, so I was able to visit on short notice.First of all, the tempura here is exactly to my taste, which is a bit of a dilemma for me because it’s a bit far away. It took me 90 minutes to get here. But I will definitely come back again. Now, about the dishes:We started with the heads of the sweet shrimp, followed by green beans, snow peas, koshiabura (wild edible plant), firefly squid, asparagus, white shrimp from Toyama, tomatoes, baby corn, sweetfish, fresh mozuku seaweed, anago (conger eel), shrimp, new onions, and sweet potatoes. To finish, we even had a tempura chazuke (rice with tea) made with sakura shrimp, asparagus, and lotus root. What surprised me the most were the eggplant, cherry tomatoes, and new onions. You could really feel the chef's strong commitment to the way he cooked the ingredients and drew out their moisture. Each dish was very carefully prepared and delicious.Thank you for a wonderful and enjoyable time.It was a great meal.
