A renowned French restaurant representing Ginza.Operated by Shiseido, it stands proudly in a prime location in Ginza, making it one of Japan's top grand maisons.Consistently awarded three Michelin stars and boasting high ratings on Tabelog, it is truly one of Japan's finest grand maisons.I had been curious about it for a while, and finally, my wish to visit came true. From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped in a special atmosphere that feels worlds apart from everyday life. The sophisticated and elegant space is complemented by attentive yet comfortable service that doesn’t feel overly formal.Every detail, from the dishes to the tableware, presentation, and timing of service, is meticulously calculated, showcasing a high level of perfection from start to finish. The dessert trolley that appears after the meal is also impressive. The array of baked goods and chocolates lined up before you is a delight to behold, making it hard to choose! I ended up trying all the chocolates. The charm of a grand maison lies in enjoying the complete experience of the food, ambiance, and service. It is a memorable restaurant suitable for celebrating milestones or dining with loved ones.As a representative French restaurant in Japan, it was a place I had always wanted to visit.I thoroughly enjoyed my long-awaited experience at L'OSIER.Next time, I hope to come for dinner.
