Finally, after winning the reservation battle last month, I visited for the first time.We arrived for the 4:30 PM seating.I learned that salt-seasoned and premium cuts, as well as raw items, can only be ordered on the first visit.We were able to order several slices of the ribeye while asking about the different cuts! Since we were two people, we chose two slices each of three different types.The tongue and premium cuts had a rich flavor and good fat content! The kalbi was incredibly fatty, but everything else had a perfect balance of meat flavor!
