It had been a while since my last visit to Tomidokoro.For lunch, I opted for the nigiri course, and it did not disappoint.Each piece of the large nigiri was expertly crafted, providing a high level of satisfaction.The balance between the carefully prepared fish and the tangy rice was simply perfect.That day, I enjoyed a variety of seasonal fish, including horse mackerel and whiting, which felt very summery.It seems like ikura (salmon roe) is starting to come into season as well.As always, the consistency was impressive.I will definitely be back!
