This was my second visit to Sushi Obana this year.On this occasion, I opted for the nigiri-only course.The horse mackerel was exceptional, both in flavor and richness. I’ve rarely encountered such quality.The abalone, sea bream, and shirasu were also fantastic, allowing me to enjoy sushi while truly experiencing the season.As always, the tuna was outstanding as well.I’m looking forward to my next visit!
