This was my first visit to Kiku Zushi since its renovation.It seems like it’s been two years since my last visit.The course menu remains unchanged, featuring ingredients sourced mainly from the Kyushu region, along with selections from across the country.I thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious summer ingredients like abalone and red sea urchin.On this day, the grouper and Ise lobster were also delicious.The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, and the food is tasty, making it a highly satisfying dining experience.
