Hearing that it will close this year, I had to visit Nabeno-Ism in Asakusa one more time to savor that unforgettable taste. In a wonderful location overlooking the Sumida River, I once again enjoyed Chef Watanabe's magical dishes. What truly moved me was, of course, the specialty dish. It features soba flour from the renowned "Edo Soba Hosokawa" in Ryogoku. The rich umami and saltiness of the lavishly served sea urchin and caviar blend perfectly with the nutty aroma and flavor of the soba flour. This harmony, which evokes the essence of Edo while being French cuisine, is a unique masterpiece that can only be experienced here. The entire meal was impeccably structured, with outstanding hospitality from start to finish. It’s truly a shame that I won’t be able to enjoy this taste anymore after this year, but I’m so glad I could experience this emotion one last time.Thank you for a memorable time. It was a great meal.
