I had been looking forward to my first visit to Ginza Ooishi. I had heard the rumors, but the full-course meal was a non-stop sprint from start to finish, leaving me completely satisfied and full! Every dish was of exceptional quality, but the standout was definitely the uni wrapped in pastry. The rich flavor and aroma of the uni, encased in a crispy pastry, filled my mouth and was so delicious that I couldn't help but close my eyes in delight. Chef Ooishi's lively conversation and playful hospitality created a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere, satisfying both my stomach and my heart. I definitely want to return and experience the seasonal changes.
