Incredibly delicious, except for the pigeon...The bread was exceptionally good, and each dish was well-balanced. However, the sea urchin appetizer and the pigeon main course didn’t resonate with me as much. The sea urchin was somehow overshadowed by the white wine jelly, and the pigeon had a rather strong odor.
