I wanted to enjoy seasonal Japanese cuisine in Ginza, so I visited "Ginza Kitagawa." In the calm atmosphere of the 10-seat counter, I was able to slowly savor each carefully prepared dish.What left a particularly strong impression was a plate featuring crab paired with caviar. Not only was the flavor of the ingredients exquisite, but the presentation was also stunning, instantly lifting my spirits. ♡The grilled dishes were perfectly charred, with a delightful contrast between the crispy exterior and the fluffy texture inside.Moreover, it wasn't just the food; the seasonal flowers, tableware, and decorations were all thoughtfully arranged, making it a feast for the eyes as well.Without being overly flashy, the restaurant beautifully conveyed a sense of the season and the elegance of Japanese cuisine, providing a refined experience typical of Ginza. The gentle demeanor of the chef and the tranquil atmosphere of the restaurant were also lovely. Watching the dishes being prepared over the counter was enjoyable, and I highly recommend this place for those who want to leisurely savor Japanese cuisine while experiencing the seasons.
