I celebrated my birthday with a lunch dim sum course!The restaurant had a dimly lit, luxurious, and vibrant atmosphere, yet it felt very calming.For the dim sum course, I chose the osmanthus tea from three options, and it was the perfect choice! The aroma complemented the food beautifully as I sipped it, refreshing my palate.There were three appetizers, and the one with century egg, tomato, avocado, and cilantro was particularly delicious. It had a sweet and salty flavor that was unique, and it was my first time trying century egg, which added a creamy touch that tied the dish together. The cilantro occasionally burst in flavor, enhancing the experience.There were five types of dim sum, all flavorful and meant to be enjoyed without any dipping sauces. The shrimp dim sum was exceptionally delicious, and the radish cake was also tasty.The main dish was pork! The crunchy ginger was delightful, and I finished it quickly. It had a flavor reminiscent of sweet and sour pork.The fried rice was so delicious that it felt like a different dish altogether! It was not greasy, fluffy, and the texture of the vegetables was excellent!Since I mentioned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a celebration! The dessert, including pudding and mooncakes filled with cream cheese, was all delicious ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎I was pleasantly surprised when they placed a napkin on my lap and folded it while I went to the restroom. They also checked on my meal progress frequently and served the dishes at just the right timing. Although there was a service charge, the service was very kind and excellent.
