Finally made it to Don Bravo, and it exceeded my high expectations! Every dish was not only creative but also perfectly balanced, showcasing the ingredients' true flavors. The pairings were diverse, going beyond just wine, and the combinations with the food were truly exceptional. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and lively, creating a comfortable environment throughout the meal. Chef Taira was friendly and engaged, sharing his thoughts and passion for the dishes, which made the dining experience even more memorable. With its outstanding food, pairings, service, and ambiance, this is a remarkable establishment that I would love to revisit in a different season. (The pizza was amazing!)
