I finally visited the famous yakiniku restaurant "Stamina En" that I've always wanted to try! ✨The exterior and interior have a classic yakiniku restaurant vibe, and the unpretentious atmosphere made me feel excited. It's no surprise that many people visit this place, even though it's not in a very convenient location.The meat was incredibly fresh. The tongue was particularly thick yet tender, bursting with flavor with every bite—delicious! The lean cuts were also of high quality, and the fat wasn't too heavy, allowing me to enjoy one piece after another.And when it comes to Stamina En, you can't forget the horumon. They serve a variety of cuts, allowing you to enjoy the different textures and the sweetness of the fat, which is a big plus. There was no off-putting smell, making it easy for even those who don't usually eat a lot of horumon to enjoy.The liver was fresh and had a beautiful color, and when grilled, it was rich in flavor. It paired perfectly with beer.This place offers a truly delicious meat experience in a nostalgic atmosphere, different from high-end yakiniku restaurants.It's a yakiniku spot that makes me want to come back for more, even if I have to go out of my way to get there! ☺️
