I visited on a Monday around 3:30 PM. After waiting for about two hours, I was seated at 5:30 PM. However, it seemed that arriving around 6:30 to 7:00 PM would have resulted in a shorter wait time.The portions of meat were quite generous overall, with enough for each person to have one serving of each cut along with rice, leaving us fully satisfied.What stood out to me was the way the meat was cut; the lean cuts had a texture and flavor reminiscent of well-marbled thigh meat, rather than just typical lean beef.Personally, I highly recommend the beef tongue, lean cuts, and top blade.
