This is the restaurant of the chef from Nihonbashi Sugita, which I had been wanting to visit for a long time. Finally, my wish came true, and I went there. It's located just a short walk from Tsukiji Station. I thought the 5 PM start time might limit the number of people who could come, but it was fully booked. The appetizers and the traditional style of sushi were fantastic. The shrimp marinated in egg yolk was exquisite, and the eel was crispy and delicious. The sake pairing set was also excellent. The sushi started with squid, followed by tuna, sea urchin, and shrimp. At the end, I was asked if I wanted to add anything, and I opted for the tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) instead of dessert to finish off the meal.As the second round at 7:30 PM approached, I realized that dinner flew by in no time.
