Raa Menya ShimaVisited on September 16, 2026, with a reservation at 10:30.Menu items ordered:● Shio Ramen - JPY 1,500 ● Budou Sansho - JPY 500 ● Special Shio Shoyu Ramen - JPY 2,200 ● Aburi Mata Yaki Rice - JPY 500 This was my second visit after a while.I arrived five minutes early for my reservation. There were already customers gathered outside, having completed their table check. I was a bit late, coming in third for that time slot.We waited outside until the owner signaled us to enter. At 10:36, I purchased my meal ticket and waited outside for a bit longer.I started with the "Shio Ramen" and added the Budou Sansho. The thin, straight noodles paired perfectly with the rich, flavorful broth. The saltiness was complemented by the deep umami from kombu and seafood, creating a deliciously layered soup. The addition of Budou Sansho brought a spicy kick and refreshing flavor, allowing for a different taste experience. The "Special Shio Shoyu Ramen" was loaded with chashu. The flavored egg was perfectly soft and runny. The wontons came in two varieties: shrimp and meat, with each ingredient meticulously prepared. The broth was robust, layered with the umami of mushrooms, meat, and seafood. Each ingredient was delightful, and it was simply "delicious."Then came the "Aburi Mata Yaki Rice."This was a perfect rice bowl. With just the right seasoning, the charred chashu was delicious, and I enjoyed it until the very end with my ramen. It had been a while since my last visit, but I was thoroughly satisfied once again.Although the reservation and table check process takes a bit of effort, it’s definitely a bowl I want to have again.I look forward to visiting again.Finished at 11:00.It was a great meal.
