I visited for a special occasion and reserved the Standard Course, adding a wine pairing with three glasses. This was my first experience with modern Spanish cuisine. Having grown a bit tired of traditional French food, I found the Spanish-French fusion dishes to be fresh and flavorful, with a punch of seasoning that was delightful! However, the standout dishes that truly impressed me were the main course duck and the homemade bread. The duck was exceptional! I’m not usually a fan of duck, but the spices were perfectly balanced, enhancing the flavor and texture with every bite. The homemade bread was also incredibly delicious—so good that I wished I could take some home. It had a subtle sweetness, and paired beautifully with the smoked butter and olive oil.The service was impeccable.
