I always have the best time here at Higashiazabu Amamoto.The restaurant is located in a spot where you can see both Tokyo Tower and Azabudai Hills at the same time, which is truly wonderful.This night was no exception; it was absolutely delightful.I tried tempura made with matsutake mushrooms for the first time!The octopus was slightly rare, and both its texture and flavor were outstanding.The oysters and whale were delicious as well.The seared bonito with garlic salt is becoming a signature dish.Even just the appetizers are incredibly impressive, but the sushi takes it to another level.The white fish, of course, as well as the tuna and other seasonal fish, were all delicious!I hope this restaurant continues to be one of the best in Japan.Thank you very much, and I look forward to my next visit.It was a great meal!
