I visited the unagi restaurant, Unagi Uomasa, which received the Tabelog Bronze Award.Located just a few minutes' walk from Yashiki Station, known for its connection to Captain Tsubasa, this restaurant was easy to access.Since I had made a reservation in advance, I was promptly seated.Last time, I had the wild-caught eel, but this time I opted for the special large farmed eel. While waiting for my meal, I was served crispy eel bone chips and liver. The crunchy fried eel bones were freshly made and had a delightful texture. Then, my unaju (eel rice bowl) arrived. The eel was fluffy, and the sauce was perfectly balanced—not too strong, just delicious. The fillet was thick and served piping hot, with no unpleasant odor; it was a fantastic unaju.I would love to return whenever I crave eel again. It was a great meal!
