I visited Matsukawa to enjoy summer Japanese cuisine. As we approach the end of August, summer is slowly coming to a close, and I noticed a gradual transition from summer to autumn in the dishes.- Abalone, sea urchin- Steamed rice- Sashimi- Soup- Crab, wood ear mushrooms- Corn, bachiko- Sweetfish- Grilled soft-shelled turtle- Fig- Hamo shabu-shabu- Cold noodles- Grilled eel rice- Rice- DessertEach dish was incredibly delicious. The delicate flavors reflect the careful craftsmanship and skill involved. I would love to come back at a different time of year.It was a great meal!
