I visited my favorite eel restaurant, Shun.It takes about 25 minutes by taxi from Shizuoka Station, and I always feel excited to go there.Dining in a calm atmosphere while enjoying the beautiful garden is simply the best.- Salad- Grilled Liver- Egg Roll with Eel- Grilled Eel- Special UnajuThe corn in the salad has a refined sweetness and is very delicious.The grilled liver and grilled eel are outstanding.The fluffy texture of the egg roll balances perfectly with the robust flavor of the grilled eel!Finally, the unaju is served hot with eel and rice inside.I think it’s perfect.I would love to come back in the fall.It was a great meal.
