Making a reservation can be quite challenging, but the beef tongue here is truly exceptional, no matter how many times I visit. The Carlos is also delicious with its sweet fat, and considering the price, it offers great value for money. Additionally, the pudding is incredibly tasty, and I have it every time I come. I can't wait to return!
