I visited for lunch to celebrate a birthday.The waiting area is lavishly designed as an art space with a white theme, creating a special atmosphere for the day. The dining area is also a serene white space that builds excitement for the wonderful time I’m about to spend with the food.The dishes emphasize the natural flavors of the ingredients. The subtly paired wines are elegant and delightful. The uni, conger eel, sweetfish, and red snapper sourced from a specialty fish market were all delicious. The main meat dish was tender, and I was curious about the cooking method used. While the portion sizes after dessert were a bit large, the flavors were so good that it wasn’t an issue.The birthday plate and the photo taken by the staff turned out beautifully, thanks to the lovely background.
