After that, unfortunately, the flavors became confusing.The strong aromas and saltiness were too overpowering, making it hard to discern the tastes.Whether it was the garlic escargot, the lobster with artichoke, or the sauce for the meat, I could only tell that each dish used wonderful ingredients to the fullest.Perhaps it’s a sign that I still have much to learn...?
