Currently, new reservations are not being accepted, so I was fortunate to be invited to this precious seat. ✨Every dish was truly delicious and left me in awe.The standout for me was the asparagus tempura. It was astonishingly tender, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that I had never experienced before.The shrimp had a crispy, fragrant batter, while the inside was cooked to perfection, retaining a rare quality. I tried the tempura of small fish for the first time, and it was incredibly tasty—a delightful new discovery.The clam was packed with umami, bringing a smile to my face with its deliciousness.For the final course, I was advised by a regular to "definitely try both types of soba!" So, I ordered both hot and cold soba. Each had its own unique charm, and I was thrilled to have tried both.From start to finish, I was completely satisfied. I would love to revisit this restaurant if the opportunity arises.
