On the second night in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, I enjoyed sushi again. I made a reservation at Sushi Ino, where the warm personality of the chef creates a relaxed atmosphere.We started with beer, followed by Japanese sake. The appetizers paired perfectly with the drinks. I believe both the appetizers and the nigiri are delicious here.Despite being in Matsuyama, Ehime, they serve Edomae sushi, which is a pleasant surprise. It’s a classic style that works well, especially since the fish is so fresh and tasty in Matsuyama.
