I visited Yanagiya again after a while. This time, we gathered at Mizunami Station and took the restaurant's bus to the venue with six people. This restaurant offers seasonal delights, and since it’s early summer, the star of the show was sweetfish (ayu). The fluffy flesh of the sweetfish paired with a hint of bitterness was simply delightful.Personally, I love eel, so I enjoyed both the grilled and sauced versions this time. Both were incredibly delicious!
