This is a well-known and extremely popular restaurant. I managed to secure a reservation for the Omakase, which is available every three months, so I believe it's possible to find an opening if you try hard enough. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed, and both the head chef and staff were friendly and approachable, making it a very comfortable dining experience. However, it might not be the best fit for those who prefer to eat in silence. There was a guest who arrived quite late, but the head chef handled the situation very well, which left a good impression on me. I felt that this restaurant prioritizes its customers without being pretentious.Since it’s a Michelin-starred establishment, I expected to see many international guests, but everyone at my table was Japanese. According to the head chef, it’s difficult to make reservations, so there are many regular Japanese customers. The menu items were as follows. As expected from a renowned restaurant, everything was delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the sweet sea bream and winter melon noodles, as well as the king crab.I would like to visit again in the fall. It was a great meal.- Adzuki Bean Soup- Kaji Leaf with Sweet Shrimp and Red Sea Urchin- Sweet Sea Bream and Winter Melon Noodles- Octopus, Bluefin Tuna, and Pike Conger- Baby Ayu Sushi- Grilled Eel Sushi- Foie Gras, Butter, Dried Persimmon, and Rum Raisin Monaka- King Crab with Olive Oil (additional menu)- Hassun- Fried Abalone Skin- Soft-Shelled Turtle Rice Porridge- New Ginger Rice
