This restaurant is notoriously difficult to book, but I happened to check Table Check and found an opening for Saturday lunch, so I decided to visit.Lunch is significantly more affordable than dinner, and I ordered the JPY 25,000 course along with a pairing. The pairing included Japanese sake such as Aramasa, which was quite satisfying.The dishes served were all of a high standard and incredibly delicious. I felt it truly represented the pinnacle of classical French cuisine. It has a grand maison vibe, and while a dress code is required, I believe that adds to the overall elegance of the experience.
