On this day, I visited this Chinese restaurant. It's relatively close to my workplace, so I walked there. It took about 15 minutes, and with the longer days this time of year, strolling around the Nihonbashi area at dusk was quite pleasant. This restaurant is located on the 47th floor, offering stunning views, and even at 6:30 PM, it was still bright outside. I quickly ordered a beer as soon as I was seated. Here’s what I enjoyed that day:◆ Chinese Cabbage Soup ◆ Taraba Crab Omelette ◆ Stir-fried Squid with Shiso and Spicy Sauce ◆ Steamed Sea Bream with Scallions and Ginger ◆ Seasonal Spring Rolls ◆ Mushroom Soup ◆ Ezo Abalone Braised in Oyster Sauce ◆ Shindori Greens ◆ Spare Ribs ◆ Hong Kong Noodles I opted for drink pairings. The sommelier's explanations were spot on, and each drink complemented the dishes beautifully. I was truly impressed by the sommelier from Mandarin.I haven't visited many Chinese restaurants, so I can't speak extensively, but I really appreciate the light seasoning that brings out the natural flavors and aromas of the ingredients in this Cantonese cuisine. Additionally, being on a high floor, the deepening gradient of the evening sky adds to the charm. The sophisticated service typical of a luxury hotel was impeccable, allowing me to enjoy a thoroughly satisfying experience, for which I am grateful.
