In my opinion, no matter how many times I go, I always think, "This is just incredibly delicious."The course, from appetizers to nigiri, leaves me completely satisfied every time from start to finish.The quality of the fish, the rice, the temperature, and the overall flow of the meal create a truly wonderful aftertaste. Rather than getting into details, I simply feel that "the sushi is absolutely amazing."Additionally, I personally love the playful details found throughout the restaurant. Sometimes, the chopstick rests, coasters, and dishes feature Chrome Hearts designs, which always lifts my spirits. While it has the refined atmosphere typical of high-end sushi, you can also sense a commitment to beauty and detail, which adds to its charm.It has a special feeling typical of Ginza sushi, yet it’s not too formal, making it a place where I can genuinely feel satisfied every time I visit. It’s not just about the taste; the space and ambiance make it a special place for me.I rate it a perfect 5.0. By my standards, it’s "the best in my life." No matter how many times I go, my satisfaction never diminishes, and I look forward to returning to this top-level sushi restaurant.
