I visited the restaurant alone on the last day of the Obon holiday at 10:00 AM. I was prepared for a wait with around 20 people ahead of me, but surprisingly, I was only 8th in line! The line started forming around 10:10 AM. Fortunately, the weather was mild without much sunlight, making it a pleasant wait.The restaurant opened at 11:08 AM, and I was able to enter with the 9th person in the first round. The wait time was miraculously just under 1 hour and 20 minutes.I ordered the Wagyu Beef Curry for JPY 2,900.It arrived at 11:45 AM.Considering the dining time, it seems like each round takes about 50 minutes.The curry sauce, simmered for a long time, has a rich aroma that first presents a slight bitterness, followed by a wave of sweetness. The spices also create a delightful sensation in the nose. It’s a truly profound flavor. The tenderness of the beef is simply exquisite.Waiting for 3 hours would be tough, but I would definitely come back if the wait is around 1 hour.The service from the staff, along with the elegant and comfortable atmosphere, made for a lovely lunchtime experience.It was a great meal!
