With the first bite, hot juices burst out! ❣️ They are delicious on their own, but adding a touch of black vinegar enhances the flavor, making it even more delightful. ☺️ ◾︎ Signature Peking Duck This was the dish I was most looking forward to. Before it was carved, I was shown the whole duck, and it was stunning. The combination of the chewy wrap and the perfectly roasted Peking duck with its crispy skin is simply irresistible. ☺️ The sweet sauce and the savory aroma fill your mouth, bringing instant happiness with every bite. The balance of the crispy skin and the rich flavor of the fat was exceptional. ✨ ◾︎ Stir-fried Mochi Pork with Savory Ginger Sauce The surface is beautifully seared, and with each bite, the umami of the mochi pork bursts forth. The robust sauce infused with ginger enhances the sweetness of the meat. ✨ It was a wonderful flavor that pairs perfectly with wine.
