There are a few dream restaurants that I admire but probably won't ever get to visit, and Sumiyaki Kinryusan is one of them. This place is frequented only by regular customers throughout the year, and even they can only make reservations every six months for its extremely rare seats. I was fortunate enough to be able to take a spot as a proxy for my boss.We dined at 8 PM, at the farthest table.- Premium Salted Tongue- Knuckle Main Muscle- Medium Rib- Outside Skirt- Chateaubriand (served with Tenderloin)Without a doubt, this was the best yakiniku I've ever had in my life. The tongue and chateaubriand were particularly exquisite.Yakiniku isn't just about using good meat; it requires skill in cutting, seasoning, and grilling, which makes it quite a challenging genre to master. However, this place surpasses all expectations. It was truly delicious.I want to eat it again. But it seems that won't be possible anymore. There are things that are impossible no matter how much money you have. I guess I won't be able to go again...
