I was invited to Tori Chataro, my favorite place, during Golden Week. On this day, I happened to meet the owner of a renowned yakitori restaurant from Yokohama. As always, the grilling and hospitality were exceptional, and the food was delicious. The bamboo shoots, which I tried for the first time, were great as well. I can't go often, but I'm looking forward to the next time I can visit. It was a great meal!
