I arrived 15 minutes early and quickly purchased the "Special Soy Sauce Ramen" for JPY 2,000 from the ticket machine.The broth was rich in soy sauce flavor, but it didn't overpower; instead, it was well-balanced and harmonious. The noodles were straight and thin, with a delightful chewiness that paired perfectly with the soup. The chashu had a smoky aroma and a meaty richness, with each piece having its own unique character. The wontons and egg were also exceptional.All the ingredients came together at an extremely high level, making it a truly satisfying bowl!
